    iOS and google play app help

    In past years I had several iOS and android apps published, related to hand surgery, orthopedic and heath related topics, however the tools I used to create these are no longer around. In addition, I could not keep up wth the pace of changing requirements for updating these apps.

    I am looking for either a turnkey development site which gives customizable templates

    or alternatively a developer who wants to gain experience without breaking the bank.
